Refund Policy
Due to the nature of download information, we are unable to offer refunds on any download charts. However, if you experience any problem with either downloading or using your chart, please contact us at: support@crossstitcharts.co.uk and we will endeavour to rectify your issue to your satisfaction.
For any kits we may supply, we will accept returns up to 14 days after delivery for a full refund minus delivery costs and paypal transaction charges if returned still in original packaging. If a chart or kit is returned due to a fault, a full refund will be issued on receipt of the faulty items.
Privacy and Security
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to this privacy statement.
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us in the future.
