Find a pattern chart
You can browse the major design categories list in the left hand column, or if you have a specific design or topic in mind, you can also search using the search box provided at the top of the right hand column. Either way will allow you to navigate to a page where you can view the design and order information in more detail.
Add to basket
Once you have found the design of your choice, select whether you wish to download and print your chart yourself or have the chart printed and sent to you, click ‘add to cart ‘ and the chart will be added into your shopping cart to pay for when you are ready.
Updating your cart
If you wish to amend any of the options chosen or delete a chart from your order simply click on ‘View Cart’ along the top tool bar to make the necessary changes and then click ‘Update’.
Checkout
Once you are happy with the designs ordered, you can click ‘Checkout’ to enter the payment section where you can review your order and chose how you wish to pay. We accept payment by major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express by phone or you can order securely online through PayPal (no PayPal account required).

Order by phone
If you wish to order charts by phone, the number to call is: 0845 0942 968 (10am until 4pm, Monday to Friday). Please note that if you would like your charts instantly, outside of the hours above, then the online payment system is the best option and allows access to your chart as soon as your payment has cleared.
Order by post
If you don’t wish to pay online or by phone you can download an order form here and pay by Credit / Debit Card or UK Cheque / Postal Order made payable to Cross Stitch Arts.
Information we will need:
To take your order we will require your Name, Billing/Delivery Address (including Postcode) a contact Telephone Number and / or Email. We will also need to know the Design Title.

What happens next
Once you have sucessfully placed and paid for your order, you will receive confirmation by email of your order, followed shortly by a separate email containing your download link and password. This link will remain active for you to download your chart for 3 days. Your emails are sent automatically once payment has been confirmed, however if you do not receive your link within 6 hours of ordering, please first check your spam folder before contacting us at: support@crossstitcharts.co.uk for assistance.
